A stainless steel worktop with an integrated sink unit connects the final rinse of a dishwasher to the kitchen workflow without moving racks across the floor. The sink collects the still-warm plates and cutlery as they leave the machine, letting staff organise them straight onto the adjacent work surface for drying or immediate reuse.

The principle is a continuous stainless steel surface that bridges the gap between the dishwasher's exit and the kitchen's preparation or service areas. One end of the table receives the clean ware from the dishwasher rack; the other end holds the sink bowl where residual water drains away. The flat worktop between the two points gives staff space to sort, stack and inspect items before they are returned to cupboards or sent back to the pass.

To use the unit, staff pull the dishwasher rack onto the table's receiving edge, slide it across the worktop, and tip the contents into the sink bowl. The bowl's sloped base and waste outlet direct water straight to the drain, leaving the ware ready for sorting. The operator then moves the items to the worktop for drying or immediate use, keeping the dishwasher's exit lane clear for the next rack.

Construction is a single-piece stainless steel top with a deep-drawn sink bowl welded into the right-hand side. The underside is supported by a tubular frame that raises the worktop to standardised kitchen height. The table's footprint of 1000 mm by 700 mm fits directly against most under-counter or hood-type dishwashers, creating a seamless run from machine to sink to work surface.

The 900 mm overall height matches standard kitchen worktops, so staff can slide racks across without lifting. The 1000 mm length provides enough space for a full rack plus a sorting area, while the 700 mm depth keeps the unit within reach of a single operator standing at the dishwasher.

Cleaning follows from the materials: the stainless steel surface and sink bowl are wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each service. The waste outlet is cleared of debris daily, and the tubular frame is checked for trapped food particles weekly.
