A stainless steel table bridges the gap between the worktop and the dishwasher, keeping trays and racks moving without lifting. Two sets of nylon rolls—one long, one short—let staff slide loaded trays forward at waist height, cutting the distance each tray travels by hand. A grid shelf underneath holds clean racks or small containers ready for the next load, so the space beneath the work surface is used instead of wasted.
The table stands on four adjustable feet that level it on uneven floors, and the entire surface is a single sheet of stainless steel with rolled edges. This construction resists water, detergents and constant wiping, and the smooth finish lets trays glide without snagging.
On the worktop, the long and short rolls run parallel, creating two lanes: one for full trays heading to the dishwasher, the other for empty racks returning. The grid shelf below is open mesh, so air circulates and spills dry quickly, and the shelf itself is fixed at a height that clears standard dish-rack tines.
Cleaning is a wipe-down of the stainless steel top and a rinse of the nylon rolls to remove detergent residue. The grid shelf lifts out for thorough cleaning or for stacking when the table is not in use.
The table is sized to match a standard 1000 mm dishwasher and a 600 mm worktop depth, so it fits directly between the two without overhang. The 900 mm height aligns with most kitchen work surfaces, keeping the tray path level from preparation to wash.
