A table-to-dishwasher unit bridges the gap between the worktop where dirty plates accumulate and the dishwasher that cleans them. Dirty crockery, cutlery and trays are loaded onto the table; the operator slides them across the smooth surface until they reach the dishwasher rack, ready for the wash cycle. The continuous flow keeps the kitchen organised, reduces handling and speeds the dirty-to-clean transition.
The long rolls built into the tabletop allow large or heavy items to glide without lifting. Plates, trays and pans roll along the surface, so staff can move them with minimal effort. Above the rolls, a grid shelf provides additional storage for items that are waiting to be washed or have just come out of the machine. The shelf keeps the worktop clear and doubles the usable space without increasing the footprint.
To use the unit, staff place dirty items on the tabletop. They slide or roll the items towards the dishwasher rack, then transfer them into the rack. Once the rack is full, it is pushed into the dishwasher. After the wash cycle, clean items are unloaded onto the grid shelf or directly onto the worktop, ready for the next service.
The table is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and frequent cleaning. The frame supports the weight of stacked plates and trays, while the smooth surface allows easy wiping between services.
The unit measures 1100 mm in length, 600 mm in width and 900 mm in height. The length matches standard dishwasher rack widths, ensuring a seamless fit. The width keeps the table compact enough for tight kitchen layouts, while the height aligns with typical worktop levels, allowing staff to slide items without bending or stretching.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service. The rolls and grid shelf are removable for thorough cleaning, preventing food debris from accumulating in hard-to-reach areas. Regular maintenance keeps the unit hygienic and extends its service life.
The table is positioned in the kitchen workflow between food preparation areas and the dishwashing station, forming a dedicated dirty-to-clean pathway.
