A stainless-steel worktop mounted on a sturdy frame, designed to bridge the gap between a commercial dishwasher and the kitchen's washing-up area. The continuous roller track lets trays and racks glide from the soiled side onto the dishwasher conveyor without lifting, reducing strain and speeding the flow of crockery and utensils.

The unit stands at a standard worktop height, matching the dishwasher and adjacent counters so staff can slide items across without bending or reaching. A single shelf beneath the work surface provides organised storage for detergent, rinse aids or clean racks, keeping essentials within arm's reach while the dishwasher is in use.

To use the table, staff load soiled trays onto the roller track at one end, slide them along to the dishwasher entry point, then push them into the machine. After washing, clean trays emerge at the opposite end and are pulled onto the same roller track for sorting or stacking. The shelf below is accessed by lifting the front panel or sliding items in from the side, depending on the kitchen layout.

Construction is all-welded stainless steel for hygiene and durability. The frame is adjustable for levelling on uneven floors, ensuring the roller track remains perfectly aligned with the dishwasher conveyor.

The 1600 mm length provides ample space for multiple trays to queue before entering the dishwasher, preventing bottlenecks during peak service. The 600 mm depth allows comfortable working room on either side of the roller track, while the 900 mm height matches standard kitchen work surfaces for seamless integration.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service. The roller track should be checked regularly for debris that could impede smooth movement, and the shelf below cleared of any spills to maintain a tidy workspace.
