Novameta Table to Dishwasher with Long Rolls and Shelf 900

This stainless steel table is built to connect a commercial dishwasher to the next stage in the washing-up process. It provides a stable surface for racks of clean dishes to cool and drain before moving on. Two full-length roller tracks run along the worktop, allowing racks to slide effortlessly from the dishwasher's exit to the drying or storage area. A lower shelf offers extra space for plates, trays, or cleaning supplies, keeping the main worktop free for sorting and drying tasks.

The design relies on gravity and smooth rollers to eliminate manual lifting. Racks move along the tracks instead of being carried, reducing strain on staff and improving efficiency. The shelf below holds items not in immediate use, ensuring the worktop remains clear. Since the table matches the height of the dishwasher, racks transfer without tilting, preventing spills and damage.

To use the table, the operator pulls the dishwasher rack onto the roller tracks, slides it to the desired position, and leaves it to drain. Once cool and dry, the rack can be moved to the next station or unloaded onto the shelf below. The shelf also stores clean racks for the next load, supporting a continuous washing cycle.

The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel, including the worktop, legs, shelf, and roller tracks. The legs feature adjustable feet for levelling on uneven floors. No electrical or plumbing connections are needed, allowing flexible placement in the wash-up area.

The only adjustments are the feet, which ensure the table remains stable and level with the dishwasher. Each foot can be turned independently to maintain alignment.

With a 900 mm width, the table fits most under-counter and pass-through dishwashers, enabling smooth rack transfers. The 600 mm depth accommodates two racks side by side or one rack with space to manoeuvre. The 900 mm height aligns with the dishwasher's exit, ensuring horizontal movement without tilting. The table's dimensions suit typical kitchen layouts, making integration straightforward.

Cleaning is simple: wipe the smooth stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each shift. Regularly check the roller tracks for debris and inspect the adjustable feet to ensure stability.
