Novameta Table to Dishwasher with Rollers and Grid Shelf, 1100 mm

A stainless steel worktop on four legs, designed to bridge the gap between a work station and a commercial dishwasher. The surface carries two sets of rollers: long rollers span most of the length, while short rollers sit at one end, allowing trays and racks to be pushed smoothly from the table into the dishwasher without lifting.

The principle is simple: gravity and a slight downward slope do the work. Plates, trays or racks placed on the long rollers roll forward under their own weight; the short rollers then take over to guide them precisely into the dishwasher rack. This eliminates the need to lift heavy loads, reducing strain on staff and speeding up the transfer of dirty ware from preparation areas to the wash cycle.

To use the table, staff load dirty dishes onto the long rollers at the back. A gentle push sends them rolling forward until they reach the short rollers, which align them with the dishwasher rack. The grid shelf beneath the rollers provides additional storage for clean racks or small items waiting to be washed, keeping the workspace organised without cluttering the worktop.

The frame and worktop are constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, ease of cleaning and durability in a busy kitchen environment. The legs are adjustable to ensure the table remains level on uneven floors, and the slight slope required for the rollers to function is built into the design.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surface wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the rollers can be removed for thorough sanitising if needed. The grid shelf beneath is also removable, allowing access to the underside of the table for deep cleaning.

The table is supplied with both long and short rollers as standard, and the grid shelf is included. Its footprint of 1100 mm by 600 mm makes it suitable for most commercial kitchens, fitting neatly between work stations and dishwashers without occupying excessive floor space. The height of 900 mm aligns with standard worktop heights, ensuring a seamless workflow for staff of average height.
