A stainless-steel worktable built to bridge the gap between dishwashing and storage, this 1800 mm unit gives a smooth, organised path for racks of clean crockery and glassware. The worktop is fitted with long and short rollers that let racks glide from the dishwasher's exit straight onto the table without lifting. A grid shelf underneath holds racks at a convenient height for sorting or temporary staging, keeping the worktop clear for active transfer.

Rollers on a worktable of this type replace manual lifting with a rolling motion. The long rollers span most of the table length, creating a continuous track for racks to travel along; the short rollers at the ends allow tighter turns or quick off-loading to adjacent trolleys. The grid shelf below is adjustable in height, so it can be set to match the dishwasher's rack height or to create a second tier for additional storage during peak service.

To use the table, the operator slides a rack of clean items from the dishwasher onto the long rollers. The only control is the height adjustment on the grid shelf, which is set with simple locking pins or knobs. No power or plumbing is required, so the table can be positioned anywhere a solid, level floor is available.

An 1800 mm length provides space for multiple racks to be staged at once, reducing the need for repeated trips to and from the dishwasher. The 600 mm width keeps the table narrow enough to fit alongside most commercial dishwashers without obstructing traffic in the kitchen.
