A stainless steel worktop on four legs brings dirty crockery from the dining area directly to the dishwasher without lifting. The surface is organised into two sets of rollers: long ones span the full 1300 mm width, short ones sit at the front edge. Between them a grid shelf holds racks of cutlery or small plates clear of the main flow.
Rollers reduce friction so a single operator can slide full bus tubs or stacked trays across the table without strain. The long rollers carry the load while the short ones at the front allow precise alignment with the dishwasher door. The grid shelf above keeps small items within reach but out of the way of larger trays.
To use the table, staff place dirty dishes on the long rollers and slide them towards the dishwasher. Cutlery baskets or small racks are set on the grid shelf. When the dishwasher door opens, the short rollers at the front edge let the operator nudge the tray straight in without twisting or lifting. The process keeps the worktop clear for the next load and minimises handling.
The frame and worktop are stainless steel, chosen for hygiene and resistance to water and detergents. The legs are adjustable to level the table on uneven floors. No electrical supply or plumbing is required.
The 1300 mm width matches standard commercial dishwashers, allowing a straight run from table to machine. The 600 mm depth fits between kitchen aisles without obstructing traffic. At 900 mm high, the table aligns with most worktops and dishwasher doors, eliminating the need to bend or stretch.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless steel surface and rollers with a damp cloth and sanitiser. The grid shelf lifts off for thorough cleaning. Regular checks ensure the rollers turn freely and the legs remain stable.
