A stainless-steel worktable built to bridge the gap between a commercial dishwasher and the kitchen's pot-wash area. The worktop carries two roller tracks—one long, one short—so racks of clean crockery can be pushed straight from the dishwasher basket onto the table without lifting. An undershelf provides temporary storage for detergents or empty racks, keeping the worktop clear for the next load.

Roller tracks replace manual handling: the operator slides the rack along the rollers instead of lifting it, reducing strain and speeding the flow of clean ware back into service. The long track gives space for multiple racks to queue, while the short track allows a single rack to be positioned close to the dishwasher door for quick unloading. The undershelf sits below the worktop, within easy reach but out of the way of the main workflow.

Use begins by positioning the table directly against the dishwasher's exit side. The operator opens the dishwasher door, pulls the rack onto the short roller track, then slides it along to the long track. Additional racks follow, stacking along the length of the table. Items are removed from the racks as needed, and empty racks are stored on the undershelf until they are returned to the dishwasher.

The frame and worktop are constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to water, detergents and constant wiping. The roller tracks are also stainless steel, mounted on brackets that allow the rollers to turn freely. The undershelf is a flat stainless-steel panel supported by the same frame.

No controls are fitted; the table is a passive workstation that relies on the operator's movement to function.
