A stainless-steel worktop on four legs links the dishwasher to the washing-up area, keeping clean and dirty racks moving without lifting. The work surface is organised in two roller sections: a long set carries full racks from the wash cycle to the drying zone, while a shorter set on the opposite side returns empty racks to the loading point. An undershelf beneath the worktop holds detergent, rinse aids or waiting racks, freeing the main surface for immediate use. To use the table, the operator slides a freshly washed rack from the dishwasher onto the long roller section. The rack rolls forward under its own weight, clearing space for the next load. Empty racks are placed on the short roller section and pushed back to the starting point. The undershelf is loaded from the front, keeping supplies within reach without interrupting the flow of racks. The frame and worktop are constructed from stainless steel, standardised for hygiene and durability in professional kitchens. The legs are adjustable to level the table on uneven floors. The table measures 2100 mm in length, 600 mm in width and 900 mm in height. The 2100 mm length provides space for multiple racks to queue between wash cycles, while the 600 mm width fits standard dishwasher racks without overhang. The 900 mm height aligns with most commercial dishwashers, allowing racks to slide directly from the machine onto the rollers. The seamless stainless-steel top and shelf edges let water run off without pooling, so a quick wipe after each service keeps the work surface ready for the next batch of dishes. The roller bearings are sealed and require no lubrication. The undershelf is removable for thorough cleaning if needed.
