A stainless-steel transfer table bridges the gap between a worktop and a commercial dishwasher, letting plates and trays roll smoothly from one station to the next without lifting. The operator slides each rack or tray onto the rolls, gives a light push, and the rack glides across the table into the dishwasher's entry rack. No manual lifting is needed, so the workflow stays steady even when the kitchen is busy.
