A stainless steel worktop on short rolls links a commercial dishwasher to the kitchen's plating area. The table collects washed racks from the machine's exit and holds them clear of the floor while staff unload, sort and return them to service. Short rolls underneath let the operator slide the table into position without lifting, then lock it in place once the dishwasher's outlet aligns with the table's receiving shelf.
The frame is a welded rectangle of square-section tubing that carries the worktop and the short rolls. It spreads the weight of loaded racks across the floor and keeps the table stable while staff pull and push racks across the surface. A flat worktop gives a continuous area for stacking plates, cutlery and glassware; its height matches the dishwasher's exit so racks transfer without tilting or jamming.
To use the table, the operator wheels it into position behind the dishwasher, locks the short rolls, and connects any optional drainage or power outlets. Racks slide from the dishwasher onto the table, where staff unload them at a comfortable working height. Once empty, racks are stacked on the same surface or returned to the dishwasher's entry side.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning in wet environments. The worktop is a single sheet without seams or crevices where food debris could collect. Short rolls are fitted to the frame's underside and can be locked to prevent movement during use.
The table's footprint of 1400 mm by 600 mm fits between standard kitchen runs and leaves enough aisle space for staff to pass. Its height of 900 mm aligns with most commercial dishwashers, allowing seamless rack transfer without lifting or bending.
