A stainless-steel transfer table bridges the gap between prep stations and the dishwasher, letting trays and racks glide from one to the other without lifting. The short rolls mounted along the top surface carry the weight of each tray, so staff push with minimal effort and the tray stays level. The frame keeps the rolls aligned and at the correct working height, matching the conveyor or dishwasher entry so the transfer is seamless.
The operator loads a tray or rack onto the rolls at the prep end, then pushes it gently towards the dishwasher. The rolls turn under the tray, moving it forward until it reaches the dishwasher conveyor or entry rack. No tilting, no lifting, and no risk of spills or breakage. When the dishwasher cycle finishes, the process reverses: clean trays roll back onto the table ready for the next service.
Construction is a welded stainless-steel frame with short nylon or polyethylene rolls spaced evenly across the 1500 mm length. The 600 mm width suits standard gastronorm trays and racks, while the 900 mm height aligns with most commercial dishwashers and conveyor systems. No controls are fitted; the table is purely mechanical.
The 1500 mm length gives enough space to hold several trays at once, reducing the number of trips between stations. The 600 mm width keeps the footprint narrow, fitting into tight kitchen layouts. The 900 mm height matches the standard working height of dishwashers and prep tables, so staff do not have to bend or stretch to transfer trays.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel frame wipes down with a damp cloth and sanitiser, while the short rolls can be removed for thorough washing if needed. No moving parts require lubrication, and the frame has no crevices where food debris can collect.
The table is a single model with no variants.
