A stainless steel transfer table bridges the gap between the worktop and the dishwasher, letting racks of crockery and cutlery roll smoothly from one station to the next without lifting. Short rolls mounted in a rigid frame carry the weight of loaded racks while keeping the height low enough to match most commercial dishwashers and adjacent counters. The operator pushes the rack across the rolls; the rolls turn, reducing friction and preventing jams that can occur on fixed surfaces.
The sequence is simple: after scraping and rinsing, the rack is placed on the table, rolled to the dishwasher door, and slid inside. Once the wash cycle finishes, the rack returns along the same path, ready for unloading. The low height of the rolls ensures the rack remains level, so plates and glasses do not shift or topple during transfer.
Construction is a welded stainless steel frame with short nylon or polyurethane rolls spaced to support standard dishwasher racks. The 2100 mm length provides ample space for multiple racks to queue, allowing staff to keep pace with service without crowding the dishwashing area. A width of 600 mm matches the footprint of most under-counter and hood-type dishwashers, while the 900 mm height aligns with standard worktops, creating a continuous run from preparation to cleaning.
No controls are fitted; the table is purely mechanical and requires no power. The stainless steel surface resists corrosion from water and detergents, and the rolls can be removed for cleaning or replacement without tools. Regular wiping of the frame and rolls prevents build-up of food debris and grease, maintaining smooth operation.
The table is supplied as a single unit with the frame and rolls pre-assembled. No variants are listed for this article.
