A stainless steel worktop mounted on a sturdy frame with short roller sections creates a seamless link between dishwashing and storage. The rollers allow trays, racks and baskets to glide from the dishwasher's unloading zone onto the table without lifting, reducing strain and speeding the flow of clean ware back into service.
The table itself is a flat, rigid surface that holds racks while they drip-dry or wait to be sorted. Its length gives enough space for several racks to stand side by side, so staff can unload the dishwasher continuously without crowding. The short roller sections are positioned at the points where racks exit the dishwasher and where they are transferred to trolleys or cupboards, eliminating the need to lift heavy loads from a static surface.
In use, the operator pulls each rack from the dishwasher and places it directly onto the rollers. The rack rolls forward under its own weight until it reaches the end of the roller section or is stopped by the next rack. From there, it can be pushed sideways onto the flat tabletop for sorting or drying, or rolled straight onto a trolley for transport. The process repeats without interruption, keeping the dishwashing cycle moving smoothly.
Construction is a welded stainless steel frame supporting a solid stainless steel worktop. The short roller sections are bolted to the frame at the required positions, allowing adjustment or replacement if the kitchen layout changes. The entire unit stands on adjustable feet to level it on uneven floors.
The table's footprint of 2600 mm by 600 mm fits alongside most commercial dishwashers, creating a continuous work surface that integrates dishwashing into the kitchen workflow. Its 900 mm height matches standard worktop levels, so staff can slide racks between the table and adjacent counters without lifting.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel top and frame are wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each service. The roller sections are lifted out for thorough cleaning if food debris accumulates, and the adjustable feet are checked periodically to keep the table stable.
