Novameta Table to Dishwasher with Short Rolls and Frame 900

A transfer table bridges the gap between dishwashing racks and the dishwasher hood, letting staff slide full racks from the worktop straight into the machine without lifting. Short rolls mounted on a rigid frame carry the weight of the rack and its load, so the operator pushes rather than carries. The rolls reduce friction, speeding up the transfer and cutting the risk of spills or breakage. Because the table stands at the same height as the dishwasher entry, the rack moves level, keeping plates and glasses stable during the short journey.

To use the table, the operator loads a full rack onto the rolls at the near end, then pushes it gently across the frame until it reaches the dishwasher hood. The rolls turn freely, guiding the rack into the machine without jolting. Once the rack is inside, the operator closes the hood and starts the wash cycle. After the cycle finishes, the rack is pulled back onto the table, ready for unloading at a comfortable working height.

The frame is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in a wet environment. Short rolls are fitted to the top of the frame, spaced to support standard dishwasher racks without sagging. The table's footprint of 900 mm by 600 mm fits alongside most commercial dishwashers, while the 900 mm height matches the entry point of the machine, ensuring a level transfer.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surface and rolls are wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each shift. The open frame design prevents debris from collecting, and the rolls can be removed if a deeper clean is needed. The table requires no power or plumbing, so it can be positioned anywhere the dishwasher is installed without additional connections.
