A stainless-steel worktop on four legs brings dirty crockery from the pass to the dishwasher and returns clean items ready for service. The table sits between the dishwasher hood and the cupboard, keeping plates, cups and cutlery within arm's reach of the operator. The worktop itself is a flat, seamless surface that supports trays and racks while they drain. Along the back edge, short cylindrical rolls let the operator slide racks into the dishwasher without lifting. The rolls turn freely, reducing friction so that a full rack moves with one hand. Below the worktop, a grid shelf holds detergent, rinse aid and spare baskets, keeping them off the floor and within easy reach. To use the table, the operator loads dirty items onto the worktop, scrapes and stacks them into racks, then slides each rack across the rolls into the dishwasher. After the wash cycle, the clean rack rolls back onto the table, where it drains and cools before the operator transfers the items to cupboards or the pass. The frame and worktop are made of stainless steel, standardised for hygiene and corrosion resistance. The short rolls lock once the table is nudged against the dishwasher, keeping the grid shelf steady while plates slide onto the rack. The grid shelf is also stainless steel, with a pattern of square openings that allow air circulation and drainage. The table measures 1000 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 900 mm high. The width matches the front of a standard commercial dishwasher, so the rolls align with the machine's rack guides. The depth gives enough space for two racks side by side, letting the operator load and unload without turning. The height is set for a comfortable working posture, reducing strain on the operator's back and shoulders. Cleaning is straightforward: the worktop and shelf are wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each service. The rolls are removed for thorough cleaning, preventing build-up of detergent residue and food debris. The grid shelf lifts off for washing in a sink or under a tap, ensuring all surfaces stay hygienic.
