A stainless steel worktop on legs forms the link between manual scraping and the dishwasher. Short rolls at one end let staff slide racks of plates, glasses or cutlery straight from the table into the machine without lifting, while the opposite end holds a grid shelf for stacking cleaned items ready to return to service.
The principle is simple: gravity and smooth surfaces replace manual handling. Racks loaded with dirty ware are pushed across the table on the rolls, which reduce friction so that one person can move a full load with a single hand. The grid shelf on the clean side allows air to circulate around the ware, speeding drying and keeping the worktop clear for the next cycle.
Use begins by scraping and stacking dirty items into dishwasher racks at the far end of the table. The racks are then pushed across the worktop until they reach the rolls, which carry them the last short distance into the dishwasher hood. Once the machine has finished, the clean racks are pulled out and transferred to the grid shelf, where they stay until the ware is needed again.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for hygiene and resistance to corrosion in a wet environment. The legs are adjustable to level the table on uneven floors, and the worktop is seamless to prevent water pooling.
The 1200 mm length gives space for two racks side by side, allowing one to be loaded while the other is unloaded. The 600 mm depth keeps the table within reach of a single operator, and the 900 mm height matches standard dishwasher hoods for a continuous workflow.
Cleaning is straightforward: the worktop and rolls are wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each shift, while the grid shelf can be removed for deeper cleaning if needed.
