The principle is simple: the table creates a continuous surface that eliminates the gap between the dishwasher's unloading door and the next workstation. This prevents plates from being stacked on the floor, reduces bending and lifting, and keeps the workflow linear. The short rolls act as a low-friction conveyor, letting the operator slide racks or trays with minimal effort. The shelf below keeps essentials close but out of the way, so the worktop remains clear for clean items.

To use the table, the operator opens the dishwasher door and pulls the rack onto the short rolls. The rack is then slid along the worktop to the plating area or storage. When not in use, the shelf holds supplies or spare racks, keeping the workspace tidy. The table's height matches standard dishwasher unloading levels, so no adjustment is needed.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for hygiene and durability in wet environments. The worktop is a single sheet with rolled edges for safety, and the legs are adjustable for levelling on uneven floors. The short rolls are mounted on a fixed frame at one end, and the shelf is a flat panel supported by brackets.

The 2000 mm length provides ample space for multiple racks to be staged at once, reducing the need to clear the table repeatedly. The 600 mm width fits standard dishwasher racks without overhang, while the 900 mm height aligns with most commercial dishwashers for seamless unloading.
