This stainless steel worktop features an integrated sink and sturdy frame, creating a seamless connection between rinsing and dishwasher loading. The continuous surface allows staff to slide racks of plates, glasses, and cutlery directly from the sink to the machine, reducing handling time for wet items between stations.
The design provides an uninterrupted work surface bridging the sink's tap and the dishwasher's entry point. Items are rinsed or scraped at the sink, then pushed along the flat top into the dishwasher rack. The frame supports the weight of filled racks and maintains the worktop at the correct height to align with the dishwasher door, enabling smooth transfers without lifting.
To use, position the table so its edge meets the dishwasher's loading aperture. Load dirty items into the sink, rinse off food waste, and slide them into a dishwasher rack on the worktop. Once full, push the rack across the surface until it aligns with the dishwasher door, then roll it directly into the machine. After washing, pull the clean rack back onto the table for unloading or storage.
The unit is built with a welded stainless steel frame supporting a single sheet of stainless steel as the worktop. The sink is inset and sealed to prevent water from seeping beneath the surface. Adjustable legs ensure stability on uneven floors, while castors allow easy repositioning during deep cleaning.
The sink features a single bowl with a standard waste outlet. The worktop measures 2500 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 900 mm in height, offering a continuous prep space that matches the width of most commercial dishwashers for a straight transfer path.
The 2500 mm length accommodates multiple racks, enabling staff to rinse and rack items in batches while the dishwasher operates. The 700 mm depth keeps the worktop within easy reach for efficient loading, and the 900 mm height aligns with standard dishwasher doors to avoid lifting. The stainless steel surface resists corrosion from water and detergents, and the sealed sink prevents leaks that could damage the frame or floor.
Cleaning involves wiping the worktop and sink with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service, followed by sanitising the surface at the end of the day. Castors allow the unit to be rolled away from the wall for access to the underside and waste pipe. Adjustable legs ensure the table remains level after movement, allowing racks to slide smoothly.
The table is supplied as a single unit. It is designed to work with most commercial under-counter and pass-through dishwashers, provided the dishwasher door height matches the table's 900 mm worktop level.
