A stainless steel table top provides a hygienic, durable work surface for bar stations in professional catering environments. The flat, seamless panel resists corrosion, withstands frequent cleaning and supports the weight of bottles, glassware and bar equipment without warping or staining.
The table top is fixed to a supporting frame or under-counter structure, creating a stable platform at standard bar height. Its smooth surface allows easy sliding of glasses and bottles, while the rigid construction prevents flexing under load. AISI 304 stainless steel ensures long-term resistance to moisture, acids and cleaning chemicals, maintaining a sanitary finish that meets food-service regulations.
To install, the table top is positioned on the supporting frame and secured with fixings through pre-drilled holes or edge profiles. Once in place, it forms the primary work area for mixing drinks, arranging glassware and holding bar tools. The 1600 mm length accommodates multiple operators or stations, while the 700 mm depth provides sufficient space for equipment without overhanging the counter below.
The 40 mm thickness gives the panel structural integrity, preventing sagging over time. AISI 304 stainless steel is used throughout, with no coatings or treatments that could wear or chip. The surface is polished to a smooth finish, reducing the risk of scratches and making spills easy to wipe away.
Cleaning involves wiping the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent, followed by drying to prevent water spots. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner may be used. The absence of seams or joints eliminates crevices where dirt or bacteria could accumulate.
This table top is designed for use with Novameta bar station frames and compatible under-counter units. Its dimensions suit standard bar layouts, fitting within the footprint of most professional bar setups.
