A stainless-steel table top creates a continuous, hygienic work surface that withstands the demands of a busy bar station. The flat plane supports bottles, glass racks, ice wells and point-of-sale terminals without flexing, while its non-porous finish resists spills, stains and bacterial growth. Because the top is fixed directly to the bar structure, it eliminates gaps where dirt can collect and simplifies cleaning between shifts.
The operator loads the surface with the equipment and supplies needed for service: speed rails along the front edge, bottle displays in the centre, and glassware storage at the rear. The 4 m length allows multiple staff to work side by side without crowding, while the 600 mm depth provides enough space for both preparation and presentation. The 40 mm thickness ensures the top remains rigid under load, preventing sag that could cause bottles to tip or glasses to slide.
Construction is a single sheet of AISI 304 stainless steel, a grade chosen for its corrosion resistance and durability in wet environments. The material requires no coating or treatment, so the surface stays smooth and easy to sanitise throughout its service life. Edges are finished to a safe profile, removing sharp corners that could damage glassware or injure staff.
Cleaning follows from the materials and construction: wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent to remove spills and residues. For deeper cleaning, a stainless-steel cleaner restores the finish without scratching. Because the top has no seams or joints, there are no crevices where grime can accumulate, reducing the time needed for daily upkeep.
The table top is supplied as a single unit, ready for installation on a bar frame or counter base. Its dimensions suit standard bar configurations, allowing it to integrate with existing under-counter storage, refrigeration and drainage systems.
