A wall-mounted storage system organises ingredients, utensils and crockery within arm's reach of the worktop. Three horizontal tiers distribute weight evenly across the fixing points, preventing sag and allowing each shelf to carry a full load without deformation.
The shelves attach directly to the wall with brackets, transferring the weight to the building structure rather than the floor. This leaves the kitchen floor clear for trolleys and cleaning equipment while keeping stored items at eye level for quick access. The open construction allows air to circulate around stored goods, reducing condensation and keeping surfaces dry.
To install, mark the fixing points on the wall, drill and secure the brackets with suitable anchors. The shelves then slide onto the brackets and lock into place. Each tier is loaded individually, spreading heavier items across the width to maintain balance. The flat surface accepts standard gastronorm trays, storage bins or loose items such as tins and jars.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and moisture in a professional kitchen environment. The material does not absorb odours, stain or react with food acids, so it remains hygienic and easy to clean.
The shelf unit measures 800 mm in width, 300 mm in depth and 999 mm in height. The 800 mm span fits standard kitchen wall modules, while the 300 mm depth provides enough space for larger containers without protruding into the work area. The 999 mm height allows three tiers to be stacked within the reach of an average operator, eliminating the need for steps or ladders.
Each shelf tier supports up to 40 kg. This load rating applies to the entire shelf surface, so heavy items are placed over the brackets to prevent bending. The rating also determines the type of wall fixing required; masonry or stud walls must be capable of carrying the combined weight of the unit and its contents.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the shelves with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service. The stainless steel surface resists scratches and does not require polishing. Regular inspection of the wall fixings ensures the unit remains secure over time.
