A wall-mounted storage system spreads heavy loads across vertical space without claiming floor area. Three horizontal tiers, each fixed to the wall with brackets, create separate levels for ingredients, utensils or crockery. The open construction allows air to circulate, preventing condensation on stored items and making every shelf instantly visible from the worktop.

Each tier is loaded from the front, so the operator can reach the back without moving items on the front edge. The 400 mm depth gives enough room for standard gastronorm trays or bulk containers while keeping the centre of gravity close to the wall. The 999 mm height places the top shelf within comfortable reach for most staff, reducing the need for steps or stretching.

The shelf is assembled from stainless steel, a material that resists corrosion from kitchen humidity and cleaning chemicals. The load rating of 40 kg per tier allows bulk storage of dry goods, tinned products or stacked plates without risk of deformation. The 2200 mm length spans a full wall section, providing continuous storage without gaps that collect dust or obstruct workflow.

Cleaning follows the same open design: each tier can be wiped down without removing items from the other two. The absence of corners or crevices simplifies daily upkeep, and the stainless steel surface can be sanitised with standard kitchen disinfectants.
