A wall-mounted storage system of three shelves keeps ingredients, utensils and crockery within reach without occupying floor space. Each shelf is fixed to vertical brackets that transfer the weight directly to the wall, allowing the full load to be supported without sagging or sway.
The shelves are flat, rigid platforms that provide a stable surface for containers, trays or loose items. Because the shelves are open, air circulates freely around stored goods, reducing condensation and keeping supplies visible and accessible. The vertical arrangement creates three distinct storage levels, so similar items can be grouped by type or frequency of use.
To install, the vertical brackets are first secured to the wall at the desired height and spacing. Each shelf is then slid onto the brackets and locked in place. Once mounted, the shelves are ready to receive loads up to the stated capacity. Items can be placed and removed without tools or adjustment, making the unit suitable for daily use in busy kitchens.
The construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and moisture. The material does not react with food acids or cleaning chemicals, and it can be sanitised repeatedly without deterioration. The shelves and brackets are formed from sheet metal, giving a smooth, seamless surface that is easy to wipe clean.
Each shelf measures 600 mm wide, 500 mm deep and the overall height is 999 mm. The 600 mm width allows standard gastronorm trays to be stored side by side, while the 500 mm depth keeps items within arm's reach without overhang. The 999 mm height provides three usable levels without exceeding typical worktop height, so the top shelf remains accessible without a step.
The load capacity of 40 kg per shelf means the unit can support bulk ingredients, stacked crockery or heavy equipment such as food processors. The weight is evenly distributed across the shelf surface, so point loads do not cause bending or instability.
Cleaning is straightforward: shelves and brackets can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Because there are no hidden corners or moving parts, dirt does not accumulate, and the unit can be sanitised quickly between shifts.
