A convection oven needs a stable, level platform that raises the unit to a comfortable working height and provides space for trays and utensils underneath. This stand supports the oven on a welded stainless-steel frame and lifts it on four adjustable legs, allowing the operator to set the exact height and compensate for uneven floors. The frame's open construction lets hot air circulate freely, preventing heat build-up around the oven while keeping the worktop clear for loading and unloading trays.

The stand is built around a rigid welded frame of stainless-steel tubing. Four legs, each fitted with a threaded foot, can be raised or lowered independently to level the platform. Non-slip corner pads prevent the stand from shifting on smooth floors. The top surface is sized to accept six GN1/1 gastronorm trays, giving the kitchen a standardised layout for sheet pans, perforated trays or solid containers. Two removable shelves below the oven deck provide additional storage for trays, lids or small equipment.

To set up the stand, the operator positions it where the oven will sit, adjusts each leg until the platform is level, then locks the feet in place. The oven is lowered onto the stand and secured if the manufacturer recommends it. Trays are slid onto the top deck or stored on the lower shelves as needed. When the oven is removed, the shelves can be taken out for cleaning or to create extra clearance.

The frame is made from 40×40 mm and 40×20 mm stainless-steel tubing, welded for strength and hygiene. Legs are 40×40 mm stainless steel with a 65 mm adjustment range. Non-slip corner pads measure 100×100 mm. Two removable shelves are included, and the overall height can be customised between 600 mm and 900 mm if ordered to specification.

The footprint of 700×800 mm fits most convection ovens while leaving room for tray handling on either side. The 500 mm height to the oven deck reduces bending and speeds up loading. The 6 GN1/1 tray positions create a consistent workflow, matching the standard tray sizes used across the kitchen. Adjustable legs allow the stand to be levelled on any floor surface, preventing spills and uneven cooking.

Cleaning is straightforward: the welded frame has no crevices, and the stainless-steel surfaces can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitiser. Removable shelves are taken out and cleaned separately. The non-slip corner pads are lifted to clean underneath the stand.

Variants include optional legs with a 40 mm adjustment range and custom heights between 600 mm and 900 mm.

The stand is designed to fit convection ovens of compatible dimensions, providing a stable, hygienic base that integrates with professional kitchen workflows.
