A universal stand built to support professional catering equipment on a level, stable platform. The welded stainless steel frame carries the weight of heavy appliances while allowing height adjustment to suit uneven floors or specific workflow heights.

The stand provides a rigid base without vibration, which is essential for precision equipment like slicers, mixers or heated holding units. Its open design lets air circulate freely, preventing heat build-up under appliances that generate warmth during operation. The platform itself is not a solid shelf but a grid of cross-braced tubes, so spills and debris fall through rather than pooling on the surface.

To set up, the operator places the stand where the appliance is needed, then uses the adjustable feet to level it. Each foot moves independently through a threaded collar, raising or lowering the frame until the bubble level on the appliance shows it is horizontal. The anti-slide corners clip onto the top of the legs, gripping the feet of the appliance to prevent lateral movement during use. Once the appliance is positioned, the operator secures it with the integrated clamps or simply lets the weight and the anti-slide corners hold it in place.

The frame is welded from 40x40 mm stainless steel tube, chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to corrosion in a kitchen environment. The adjustable feet are also stainless steel, with a rubber pad to protect the floor and dampen vibration. The standard feet offer 65 mm of adjustment, while the heavy-duty variant provides 40 mm, both allowing the stand to bridge small floor irregularities without wobbling.

The 700 mm width and 650 mm depth create a footprint that matches standard worktop dimensions, so the stand fits into existing kitchen layouts without overhang. The 500 mm height places the appliance at a comfortable working level for most operators, reducing strain during repetitive tasks. The 120 kg maximum load per shelf, when distributed evenly, ensures the stand can support commercial-grade equipment without deformation or instability.

Cleaning is straightforward: the open frame allows access to all surfaces, and the stainless steel construction can be wiped down with standard kitchen sanitising solutions. The adjustable feet can be removed for thorough cleaning or replacement if damaged. No lubrication or special maintenance is required beyond periodic checks that the feet are secure and the frame remains level.

Two variants are available: one with standard adjustable feet and one with heavy-duty feet, allowing the operator to choose the range of adjustment needed for the installation site.
