A welded stainless steel frame raises catering appliances to a stable worktop height, freeing the floor and organising the kitchen. The stand supports mixers, slicers, processors or heated cabinets on a level platform that resists vibration and keeps equipment within easy reach of the operator.
The frame is built from square-section stainless steel tube, welded at every joint for rigidity. Four adjustable feet at the corners let the stand sit level on uneven floors; each foot moves through a 65 mm range to compensate for slopes or irregular surfaces. Anti-slip rubber corners on the top surface grip the feet of the appliance and prevent sideways movement during use.
To assemble, place the stand on the chosen spot, extend the feet until the frame is level, then lower the appliance onto the platform. The feet can be fine-tuned later if the floor settles or the load shifts. A second set of heavy-duty feet is supplied for installations that need extra stability; these feet adjust through a 40 mm range and are fitted in place of the standard ones when required.
The welded construction and stainless steel tubing give the frame its 120 kg per-shelf capacity, provided the load is spread evenly. The 1200 mm by 650 mm footprint matches the base of most professional catering units, while the 500 mm height brings the appliance to a comfortable working level without taking excessive floor space. The open design beneath the shelf allows air to circulate and keeps the area easy to clean.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth; no disassembly is needed. The adjustable feet should be checked occasionally to ensure they remain tight and level. The anti-slip corners can be replaced if they wear or become damaged.
The stand is supplied with both standard and heavy-duty feet, allowing the operator to choose the set that best suits the floor and the load.
