A wall-mounted storage unit keeps worktops clear and ingredients or utensils within arm's reach without occupying floor space. The cabinet is fixed to the wall at a convenient height, creating an enclosed volume that shields contents from kitchen splashes and airborne particles. Three hinged doors open independently, allowing staff to retrieve or replace items without exposing the entire interior, which helps maintain a stable temperature and humidity level inside.

The operator loads the cabinet by opening one or more doors, placing items on the internal shelf or directly on the base, then closing the doors to secure the contents. The doors latch shut, preventing accidental opening during service. No power or temperature control is involved; the cabinet relies on the ambient conditions of the kitchen and the insulation provided by its sealed doors.

Construction is entirely in stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to moisture, corrosion and repeated cleaning with commercial detergents. The 1600 mm width spans a typical section of wall above a worktop or under an extractor hood, while the 300 mm depth keeps the unit shallow enough to avoid obstructing movement in tight kitchen aisles. The 600 mm height provides ample vertical storage without encroaching on headroom. Three doors divide the front into equal sections, each giving access to a portion of the internal volume.

The cabinet is supplied as a single unit with three hinged doors and one adjustable internal shelf. No additional controls or accessories are fitted. Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and approved sanitiser; the smooth finish and absence of seams or crevices simplify routine upkeep.
