A wall-mounted catering table frees floor space while providing a sturdy work surface for food preparation, plating and assembly. The unit is fixed directly to the wall, transferring its load to the building structure rather than relying on legs that can shift or obstruct cleaning. This arrangement keeps the area beneath the table clear for mops, trolleys or additional storage, and it removes a trip hazard from busy kitchen traffic lanes.
The table top is a pressed sandwich panel that combines rigidity with quiet operation. A solid core is faced on both sides with stainless steel, creating a surface that resists dents, absorbs the clatter of pots and trays, and spreads the weight of heavy containers evenly. The welded stainless-steel frame is formed from 25 mm square tubing that tapers to 50 mm where extra strength is needed, giving the unit its 120 kg uniform load rating without adding unnecessary bulk.
To use the table, the operator secures the mounting brackets to a solid wall at the required height, ensuring the fixings penetrate masonry or studs. The table is then lifted onto the brackets and bolted in place. Once installed, the worktop is ready for immediate use; no levelling or adjustment is needed. Items are placed directly on the surface, and the optional upstand at the rear prevents spills from running onto the floor.
Construction is entirely in stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, ease of sanitising and compliance with food-safety regulations. The frame tubes are welded into a single structure, eliminating joints that could trap debris or harbour bacteria. The table top is seamless, with no crevices where food particles can lodge.
The table is offered in two widths: 650 mm with a 3% manufacturing tolerance, and 700 mm with a 5% tolerance. Both versions share the same 1500 mm length, 750 mm height and 120 kg load capacity. An upstand can be added or omitted according to kitchen layout and workflow.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, then dried to prevent water spots. The absence of legs and the seamless construction mean there are no hidden corners or gaps that require special brushes or tools. Regular inspection of the wall fixings ensures the table remains securely mounted under load.
