A wall-mounted stainless steel worktable provides a fixed preparation surface that frees floor space in a busy kitchen. The unit bolts directly to the wall structure, transferring the weight of food, utensils and equipment through the frame into the building rather than the floor. This method eliminates wobble and vibration, giving a stable platform that stays level even when heavily loaded.
The tabletop is a pressed sandwich panel that combines a rigid core with smooth stainless steel faces. This construction resists dents and scratches while keeping noise low when pots and pans are moved across the surface. A welded stainless steel tube frame runs beneath the top, sized to carry the full load without sagging. The frame's open design allows easy cleaning underneath and leaves room for wall-mounted services such as taps or power outlets.
To use the table, the operator simply places ingredients, tools or small appliances on the top. The reinforced shelf below can hold heavier items such as bulk containers or stacked trays. Because the unit is fixed to the wall, there are no legs to trip over or to block cleaning of the floor. The optional upstand along the back edge prevents spills from running onto the wall and makes it easier to wipe the surface clean.
The tabletop and frame are made of stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and staining in a wet kitchen environment. The welded joints eliminate crevices where dirt can collect, and the smooth surfaces allow quick wipe-down after each service. The frame's tube dimensions range from 25 mm to 50 mm, giving strength without adding unnecessary weight.
The 1800 mm length provides a long continuous work surface that can accommodate multiple tasks side by side. The 600 mm depth gives enough room for large trays or cutting boards without overhanging into the aisle. The 750 mm height is standardised for comfortable standing work, matching the height of most other kitchen equipment. The maximum load rating of 120 kg across the tabletop means the unit can support heavy mixers, bain-maries or stacks of plates without risk of deformation.
Cleaning is straightforward: the operator wipes the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dries them to prevent water spots. The open frame design allows access to the underside and the wall behind, so there are no hidden areas where grease can build up. The optional upstand is removable for thorough cleaning if required.
Two widths are available: 650 mm with a 3% tolerance and 700 mm with a 5% tolerance, allowing the table to fit different wall spaces or to match adjacent equipment.
