A wall-mounted stainless steel worktop creates a stable, hygienic surface that stays clear of the floor and leaves the space beneath free for storage or cleaning. The unit bolts directly to the wall, transferring its load to the building structure rather than to legs that can shift or wobble under heavy pans. A grid shelf below the worktop holds trays, pots or ingredients within easy reach while allowing air to circulate, preventing condensation and speeding up drying after wash-down.
The worktop is formed from a pressed sandwich panel that combines a smooth, seamless top surface with a rigid core. This construction resists dents, warping and corrosion better than a single sheet of thinner metal, and the sealed edges prevent liquids from seeping into the core. A welded stainless steel frame made from 25 × 50 mm tube supports the panel and provides mounting points for the grid shelf. The frame is fixed to the wall with brackets that spread the load across a wide area, allowing the table to carry up to 120 kg when the weight is distributed evenly across the surface.
To use the table, secure it to a solid wall at the required height, ensuring the brackets align with wall studs or masonry fixings. Place the worktop on the frame and bolt it down. The grid shelf slides into position and locks with pins or clips. Once installed, the surface is ready for chopping, plating, garnishing or holding hot pans. The shelf below keeps utensils, containers or ingredients organised without blocking access to the worktop.
The table is constructed from stainless steel throughout, including the pressed sandwich top, welded frame and grid shelf. The frame uses 25 × 50 mm rectangular tube, and the worktop is available in two widths: 650 mm with a 3% tolerance or 700 mm with a 5% tolerance. An optional upstand can be fitted along the rear edge to prevent spills from running onto the wall.
The 1600 mm length provides ample linear space for multiple tasks or several staff working side by side. The 600 mm depth keeps everything within arm's reach, while the 750 mm height suits most standard worktop heights in professional kitchens. The 120 kg load rating allows the table to hold heavy mixers, bain-maries or stacks of plates without flexing or sagging.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry to prevent water spots. The grid shelf can be removed for thorough cleaning or left in place for daily wipe-downs. The welded frame has no crevices where dirt can accumulate, and the pressed sandwich top has no seams or joints to trap food debris.
The table is available in two widths: 650 mm or 700 mm, each with the same 1600 mm length and 750 mm height. An optional upstand can be added to the rear edge.
