A wall-mounted stainless steel worktop provides a fixed preparation surface that clears floor space in professional kitchens. The unit bolts directly to the wall at a standard working height, leaving the area beneath free for trolleys, bins or foot traffic. A grid shelf mounted below the tabletop holds trays, containers or small appliances within easy reach without cluttering the work surface itself.
The tabletop is formed from a heavy-duty pressed sandwich panel that resists bending under load and dampens noise from chopping or mixing. A welded stainless steel frame supports the top and transfers the weight to the wall fixings. The frame uses 25 × 50 mm rectangular tubing for rigidity, while the grid shelf is made from the same material to match the frame's strength and corrosion resistance.
To install, the operator marks the fixing points on the wall, drills and anchors the frame, then lifts the tabletop into place and secures it to the frame. The grid shelf is attached last, using the pre-drilled holes in the frame. Once mounted, the worktop remains stable and does not shift during use.
The tabletop measures 800 mm in length and 600 mm in depth, giving a compact footprint that fits narrow kitchen layouts. Two width options are available: 650 mm with a 3% tolerance or 700 mm with a 5% tolerance, allowing the unit to align with existing equipment or wall constraints. The overall height of 750 mm places the work surface at a comfortable standing level for most users.
The 120 kg maximum load rating applies to an evenly distributed weight across the tabletop. This allows the surface to hold bulk ingredients, heavy appliances or stacked containers without sagging or damaging the frame. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion from water, cleaning chemicals and food acids, so the unit maintains its appearance and hygiene over time.
Cleaning involves wiping the tabletop and grid shelf with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each shift. The welded frame has no crevices where dirt can collect, and the grid shelf can be removed for thorough cleaning if needed. The unit requires no maintenance beyond periodic checks of the wall fixings to ensure continued stability.
