Novameta welded shelf for BHS-Z blenders

A welded shelf creates a stable platform directly beneath the blender jug, raising the motor base clear of the worktop and protecting the surface from vibration and spills.

The shelf is a single sheet of stainless steel folded into a shallow tray and welded at the corners. This construction carries the weight of the blender and its contents without flexing, while the raised lip around the edge contains minor overflows and keeps the unit from sliding during operation.

To install, place the shelf on a level section of worktop. Position the blender so its feet sit flat on the shelf surface, centred within the lip. No additional fixing is required; the weight of the blender keeps the shelf in place during use.

The 200 mm depth allows the shelf to sit close to the wall or backsplash without overhang, while the 250 mm width accommodates the footprint of the BHS-Z-SFB1-20, 25 and 30 litre models. The 300 mm height of the lip provides enough clearance for the blender's feet and any minor spillage.

The shelf is made from stainless steel, which resists corrosion from water, cleaning agents and food acids. Its smooth surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth; no disassembly is needed for routine maintenance.

This shelf fits Novameta BHS-Z-SFB1-20, BHS-Z-SFB1-25 and BHS-Z-SFB1-30 litre blenders.
