A stainless-steel worktable built to hold a plastic cutting board securely in a recessed top, giving a stable, non-slip surface for chopping, slicing and portioning without the board sliding on a flat worktop.

The table provides a fixed work height and a dedicated area for food preparation. Its welded frame and reinforced top carry the weight of ingredients, boards and repeated knife cuts without flexing or warping. Adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors, keeping the top level so liquids and small items do not roll or spill.

To use the table, the operator selects a plastic cutting board of the correct width—either 300 mm or 400 mm—and lowers it into the recessed top. The board sits flush with the surrounding stainless steel, creating a continuous work surface. When the task is finished, the board lifts out for cleaning or replacement, leaving the table ready for the next operation.

Construction is a welded stainless-steel frame of 40 × 40 mm legs and 40 × 20 mm or 25 × 25 mm cross-members. The top is reinforced to prevent sagging under load. Feet are stainless steel with a 65 mm adjustment range, allowing the table to be levelled on sloping floors.

The table accepts plastic cutting boards in two thicknesses—20 mm or 30 mm—so the operator can choose a board that suits the task without altering the overall work height.

Overall dimensions of 900 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 900 mm high give a compact footprint that fits between other workstations or against a wall while still providing ample space for ingredients and utensils.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surfaces wipe down with a cloth and sanitiser, and the plastic board lifts out for separate washing or soaking. The welded construction has no crevices where food debris can collect, and the adjustable feet can be raised to clean underneath the table.
