A stainless-steel worktable built to hold a removable plastic cutting board at a fixed height above the worktop. The board sits in a slot that keeps it from sliding while the operator chops, slices or dices, so the work surface stays level and the board does not shift under the knife. Because the board is separate, it can be lifted out and washed or swapped for a clean one without moving the table or disturbing the rest of the worktop.

The table is a welded frame of square stainless-steel tube. Two vertical legs at each end support horizontal rails that run the length of the unit. Cross-bracing between the rails keeps the frame rigid under load. The worktop is a flat stainless-steel sheet welded to the frame, giving a continuous surface that resists dents and spills. Adjustable feet at the bottom of each leg let the operator level the table on an uneven floor or raise it to match the height of adjacent equipment.

To use the table, the operator slides a plastic cutting board of 300 mm or 400 mm width into the slot at the front edge. The slot is sized to accept boards up to 30 mm thick, so the board sits flush with the worktop and does not wobble. Once the board is in place, the operator can work directly on it, using the rest of the worktop for tools, ingredients or finished portions. When the board needs cleaning, it is lifted out and replaced with another, leaving the table in position.

The frame is made of 40×40 mm tube for the legs and 40×20 mm or 25×25 mm tube for the rails and bracing. The worktop is a single sheet of stainless steel welded to the frame. Adjustable feet are stainless steel, threaded to allow 65 mm of vertical movement. The slot at the front edge is sized for plastic boards 300 mm or 400 mm wide and up to 30 mm thick.

A length of 1800 mm gives space for two operators to work side by side or for a single operator to spread out ingredients and tools. A width of 600 mm keeps the table within reach without taking up excessive floor space. A height of 900 mm matches standard worktop height in professional kitchens, so the table can be placed next to other equipment without creating a step. The adjustable feet allow the table to be levelled on floors that slope or have irregularities.

Cleaning is limited to the parts the entry names. The worktop and frame are wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The adjustable feet are cleaned where they contact the floor, and the threads are checked for debris that could prevent adjustment. The slot for the cutting board is wiped to remove food particles and spills. The plastic cutting boards are washed separately, either by hand or in a dishwasher.

The table is available with a slot sized for plastic cutting boards of 20 mm or 30 mm thickness. The boards themselves are sold separately and are not included with the table.
