A stainless steel worktable built for heavy prep work, this Novameta unit provides a fixed slot sized for 300 mm or 400 mm plastic cutting boards. The board sits flush with the table surface, creating a continuous worktop that keeps ingredients and tools from sliding off during chopping, slicing or portioning. The table's welded frame and reinforced top distribute weight evenly, preventing sag or flex under loaded containers, mixers or bulk ingredients. Adjustable feet compensate for uneven floors, keeping the worktop level so liquids and small items stay where they are placed. The feet move through a 65 mm range, allowing fine tuning without shims or wedges. To use the table, the operator slides a 20 mm or 30 mm plastic cutting board into the slot. The board locks into position, eliminating movement while the knife works. When the task is complete, the board lifts out for cleaning or replacement. The open slot remains, ready for the next board or left empty for general food prep. Construction is entirely stainless steel: 40×40 mm tubes form the legs, while 40×20 mm and 25×25 mm tubes create the frame. All joints are welded, removing sharp edges and crevices that trap debris. The feet are stainless steel with a non-slip base, adjustable via a threaded rod. The 1300 mm length provides ample linear space for multiple tasks or large trays, while the 600 mm depth keeps everything within easy reach. A height of 900 mm matches standard worktop levels, allowing seamless integration with other equipment. The table's footprint is fixed, so it occupies a predictable area in the kitchen layout. Cleaning is straightforward: the smooth stainless steel surfaces wipe down with a cloth and sanitiser, and the open frame allows access to the underside. The slot for the cutting board is narrow enough to prevent debris from falling through but wide enough to allow a brush or cloth to pass. The stainless steel feet let you fine-tune the table height so the cutting surface sits exactly at the ergonomic angle for your knife work. Two thicknesses of plastic cutting board are supported: 20 mm and 30 mm. The boards themselves are sold separately, allowing operators to choose the thickness that suits their knives and tasks.
