OMNIWASH SMART 40 Dishwasher for Professional Kitchens

The OMNIWASH SMART 40 is a compact dishwasher tailored for busy catering environments. It handles plates, glasses, and cutlery efficiently, using hot water and detergent to remove food residue. A separate rinse system raises the temperature to 82 °C, ensuring hygiene and quick drying for immediate reuse.

A 400 mm square basket accommodates items up to 290 mm tall. Operators choose from three cycle durations: 120, 180, or 240 seconds. A single start button initiates the automated programme, which progresses from wash to rinse without further input. The door may be opened at any stage to inspect or pause the cycle.

The machine features a 14-litre stainless-steel wash tank and a 3.5-litre boiler for rapid heating. A 0.18 kW pump circulates wash water, while a 2.7 kW boiler element and a 1.8 kW tank element maintain temperatures. Total power consumption reaches 3 kW, compatible with a standard 230 V single-phase circuit. Its dimensions—475 mm wide by 505 mm deep—allow under-counter installation, and its 35 kg weight enables easy relocation by two staff members.

Controls include a cycle selector and a start button. The selector adjusts duration, affecting spray time and energy use.

The 3 kW rating reflects peak electrical demand. The machine requires 2–4 bar water pressure and accepts inlet temperatures up to 50 °C. Operating noise does not exceed 75 dBA, ensuring a comfortable workspace.

Daily maintenance involves draining the wash tank and wiping the interior with a soft cloth. Monthly descaling of the boiler is recommended. Wash arms and filters can be removed for cleaning under running water. Regular checks of the door seal and spray nozzles complete the upkeep.
