The SMART range is designed to deliver consistent washing results, be easy to use, with low operating costs and a long service life.
Basket size: 500 × 500 mm
750 glasses/hour
540 plates/hour
A commercial dishwasher that cleans plates, glasses and cutlery in two to four minutes by circulating hot water under pressure. The SMART 50 raises wash water to 55 °C and rinse water to 82 °C, temperatures that remove food residue and kill bacteria without chemical sanitisers. A wash pump drives the water through rotating arms above and below the load, while a separate boiler heats the rinse water instantly so every cycle finishes with a hygienic, spot-free result.
The operator slides a 500 mm square basket into the machine, selects a cycle of 120, 180 or 240 seconds, and starts the programme. During the wash phase the machine fills the 29-litre tank, heats it to 55 °C, and sprays the load for the chosen time. The rinse phase then draws fresh water from the 6-litre boiler, heats it to 82 °C, and sprays it over the dishes to remove detergent and raise the surface temperature for rapid drying. When the cycle ends the door can be opened and the basket removed while still hot.
The unit is built on a stainless-steel frame with a plastic outer skin. Inside, the wash tank, boiler and pump are all stainless steel, and the wash arms are plastic. The front panel carries a rotary selector for cycle time and a start button. A single-phase 230 V supply powers the 0.75 kW wash pump, 3 kW boiler and 2.2 kW wash tank heater, giving a total load of 3.45 kW. Water enters at 2 to 4 bar pressure and a maximum temperature of 50 °C, and the machine operates at a noise level below 75 dBA.
A 500 mm square basket accepts plates up to 320 mm tall, allowing standard dinner plates, deep trays and tall glasses to be loaded together. The 590 mm width fits under most worktops, while the 600 mm depth and 820 mm height leave room for plumbing and ventilation. The 50 kg weight allows two people to move the machine into position without a trolley.
Cleaning involves draining the wash tank and boiler, wiping the interior with a damp cloth, and removing any debris from the wash arms. The stainless-steel surfaces resist corrosion and can be sanitised with standard kitchen chemicals. The machine is supplied as a single model without variants.
