Construction and materials

The unit is constructed from stainless steel with a satin finish. The completely flat glass-ceramic heating surface is 4 mm thick, durable and easy to clean.

Heating system

Heating is provided by concealed silicone heating elements located beneath the glass-ceramic surface. They allow the required operating temperature to be reached quickly and ensure even heat distribution across the entire surface.

Control and temperature regulation

The unit is equipped with an electronic thermostat and digital display, allowing precise control and adjustment of the glass-ceramic surface temperature according to the selected setting.

The control panel is protected by the perimeter of the structure, preventing it from interfering with the daily use of the unit.

The control panel is equipped with a 1 m long cable, allowing it to be installed separately, for example, in the furniture beneath the built-in hotplate.

Lighting and overhead heating

The unit is equipped with a foodshield with integrated halogen lamps that provide both lighting and additional heat. This helps maintain the food temperature more effectively and prolongs optimal serving conditions at the food surface.

The digital thermostat allows the glass-ceramic hotplate and the overhead lighting with heating function to be switched on simultaneously.

Support structure

The vertical support is made of a 30 × 60 mm rectangular stainless steel profile, ensuring durability and visual consistency with the rest of the serving line.

Installation

The unit is designed for installation into a worktop. Once installed, the robust construction forms a 13 mm thick overlap above the worktop, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing installation.
