The press is equipped with Ø 45 cm Teflon-coated plates. Depending on the dough type and the desired result, the top and bottom plate temperatures can be adjusted independently, as well as the pressing time. The Teflon coating allows the use of flour—just like in the traditional dough preparation process—without the need for oil or other fats.

The new generation adaptive self-braking motor automation system ensures that the adjustment of the lower plate becomes increasingly precise over time. This technology guarantees maximum accuracy and safe dough flattening even after thousands of cycles, making the device especially reliable for long-term intensive use.
