The PARMA 300_V slicer features a 300 mm circular blade designed for cutting meat and sausage. An adjustable stop allows the operator to set the desired slice thickness, ranging from paper-thin to 13 mm, ensuring consistent results for various products. The product is placed on a carriage and pushed forward, with the blade slicing cleanly through each pass without tearing or crushing the food.
To operate, the user secures the product with the clamp, selects the thickness using the dial, and activates the motor. The blade rotates continuously, and each forward movement of the carriage produces a single slice, which collects on a tray or plate for further use.
Constructed with an anodised aluminium housing, the slicer resists corrosion and remains lightweight. All food-contact surfaces, including the blade, carriage, clamp, and tray, are made of stainless steel to maintain hygiene standards. The motor is enclosed within the housing, driving the blade via a direct belt system.
Controls consist of a simple on-off switch and a thickness dial marked from 0 to 13 mm. The switch manages blade rotation, while the dial adjusts the stop that determines slice thickness.
With a power rating of 0.29 kW, the slicer operates on a standard 230 V supply. Weighing 27 kg, it remains stable on a worktop yet can be moved by one person using a trolley. The unit measures 740 mm in length, 540 mm in width, and 770 mm in height, fitting comfortably on most professional counters.
Maintenance is straightforward due to the materials used. Stainless steel components can be washed with hot water and detergent, then sanitised. The anodised aluminium housing requires only a damp cloth for cleaning, avoiding abrasives to preserve the finish. The blade can be removed for sharpening, and the belt tension should be checked periodically.
This model, the PARMA 300_V, is available as a single version without additional variants.
