A stainless steel stand built to hold heavy catering equipment at a comfortable working height in a professional kitchen. The S8 provides a stable, level platform that raises appliances off the floor, organising the workspace and improving access for cleaning and service.

The stand's four legs are set on adjustable feet, allowing the operator to compensate for uneven floors and fine-tune the height between 810 mm and 880 mm. This adjustment ensures the top surface remains level, preventing spills or misalignment of the equipment placed on it. The open frame design leaves the area beneath the stand clear, so mops and brushes can reach every corner without obstruction.

Assembly follows a straightforward sequence: the four legs are bolted to the corner brackets of the top frame, then the adjustable feet are screwed in and locked at the desired height. Once levelled, the stand is ready to receive ovens, mixers, proofers or other heavy appliances that need a dedicated work surface.

Construction is entirely in stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat and frequent washing. The top surface is a single sheet without seams or crevices, so spills and debris can be wiped away without trapping moisture. The legs and cross-braces form a rigid rectangle that resists twisting when the stand is moved or when equipment is shifted on top.

The 1120 mm length and 890 mm width create a footprint that fits standard worktop depths while leaving enough aisle space in a busy kitchen. At 32 kg, the stand is light enough for two people to lift and position, yet heavy enough to remain stable under a fully loaded appliance.
