Has a microprocessor that manages all the oven's functions.  In addition, thanks to its intelligent heat management system, this model is able to uniform the temperature inside the cooking chamber to achieve optimal heating uniformity.
Its internal structure is completely covered by stones, with an extra level of typical Italian stone on the bottom; a technology that combined with the Activestone system guarantee an exceptional level of warm.
The oven is equipped with an innovative hood with suction  utomatically activated, LED and directly connected by the 5-inch  isplay. Provided by a revolutionary system, vacuums up the smoke keeping the temperature steady inside the chamber without creating cold or hot points. The controlled temperature proofer reaches the max temperature of 60°C. Its capacity is of 12 plastic boxes.
