It is equipped with a microprocessor that manages all the functions of the oven. In addition, thanks to its thermal management system, this model is able to evenly distribute the temperature in the internal cooking chamber to achieve optimal heat uniformity.
Its internal structure is completely covered with stones, with an additional layer of stone at the bottom; technology that, combined with the Activestone system, guarantees excellent heat levels.
The oven is equipped with an innovative hood with automatically activated extraction, LED and directly connected to a 5-inch display. It is provided with a revolutionary system that extracts fumes, maintaining the temperature in the chamber without creating cold or hot zones. The controlled temperature proofer reaches a maximum temperature of 60°C. Its capacity is 24 pizza boxes.
