Gas gyros-grill LPG (PG1102) or natural gas (PG1103)
A gas gyros maker rotates a vertical skewer of stacked meat over a direct flame, exposing every surface to even heat while the fat drips away. The skewer turns at a slow, steady speed so the outside browns without drying the inside, and the fat collects in a tray below to keep the worktop clean.
The operator loads up to 7 kg of seasoned meat onto the 415 mm skewer, stacking it to a maximum height of 180 mm. A perforated fat tray catches the drippings while a solid sheet beneath prevents flare-ups. Once the gas supply is connected and the burner lit, the skewer begins its single revolution per minute, driven by an integrated motor. The 3.5 kW flame provides consistent heat, and the stainless-steel housing reflects it back onto the meat for even cooking.
Controls are minimal: a gas valve to adjust the flame and an on-off switch for the motor. The 3.5 kW rating indicates the load on the gas line, which must be sized accordingly in a professional kitchen. The 320 × 330 mm footprint fits on most worktops, while the 605 mm overall height allows clearance above the unit. The 7 kg capacity determines the batch size, and the 180 mm meat height sets the maximum thickness of each cut.
Stainless-steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth; the fat tray and perforated sheet lift out for washing. Two versions are supplied: PG1102 for LPG and PG1103 for natural gas.
