Two doors with an internal shelf and two drawers with adjustable cutlery dividers.
A mobile waiters station rolls on large castors to serve tables without fixed counter space. The unit holds cutlery, napkins, condiments and service items at waist height, letting staff restock or clear without returning to the kitchen. Castors carry the load across carpet, tile or uneven floors, while a handle steers the station into tight corners or between tables during service.
The station is built as a cabinet on four wheels. Two doors open to an internal shelf for bulk items, and two drawers below hold cutlery organised by adjustable dividers. Instead of drawers, an optional open cutlery holder with six compartments can be fitted for quick access. A second option adds an extractable hopper on rails with a washable cotton bag for collecting bread or table linen. The reinforced base supports the weight of full drawers and hoppers while the castors swivel to manoeuvre around chairs and diners.
To use the station, staff load the internal shelf and drawers before service. The doors and drawers close to keep items tidy and secure. During service, the station is wheeled to tables, the doors or drawers opened, and items taken as needed. After service, the station is rolled to a storage or cleaning area, the drawers emptied, and the hopper bag removed if fitted.
The cabinet is made of laminated wood with an aluminium-look finish. The base, doors, drawers and optional cutlery holder are laminated, while the castors, handle and retaining bars are stainless steel. The colour of the laminated surfaces can be chosen from a range including silver, rose, saffron, lime, sky, ocean, ivy, sage, cappuccino, clay, grey, niagara, veined white, white sand, birch, grey fog, elm, walnut, wenge, anthracite and veined black.
Controls are mechanical: doors and drawers open with handles, and the optional hopper slides on rails. The castors lock to keep the station stationary during use.
The footprint of 965 mm by 533 mm fits between tables or in service corridors, while the height of 1052 mm places the worktop at a comfortable level for staff. The weight of 106 to 115 kg is carried by the castors, which are 125 mm in diameter to roll smoothly over thresholds and small steps. The packing size of 120 by 80 by 200 mm allows the station to be delivered in a compact box for assembly on site.
Cleaning involves wiping the laminated surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The stainless steel castors and handle can be cleaned with a stainless steel cleaner to prevent tarnishing. The optional hopper bag is washable, and the cutlery dividers can be removed for cleaning.
Optional extras include an extra shelf, a nylon protection cover, and a door or drawer lock. The station can be customised with the open cutlery compartments or the hopper as alternatives to the standard drawers.
The station is categorised as front-of-house furniture for restaurants and catering services.
