Flambè trolley with one burner
A mobile worktop on castors brings a gas burner directly to the cooking station, eliminating fixed hobs and freeing up counter space. The trolley holds a standard gas cylinder securely beneath the stainless-steel top, while the burner above provides instant, adjustable flame for pots and pans. Because the heat source moves with the unit, chefs can relocate searing, simmering or boiling tasks without transferring hot pans across the kitchen. The flame is controlled by a valve on the burner, giving precise temperature adjustment without waiting for electric elements to respond or cool down.
To use the trolley, the operator wheels it into position, locks the castors, and fits a gas cylinder into the comportment below. The valve on the cylinder is opened, then the burner valve is turned to ignite the flame. Pots are placed directly on the burner ring, and the flame height is adjusted as needed. When the task is complete, the burner is turned off, the cylinder valve closed, and the trolley moved aside or stored. The stainless-steel top remains cool away from the burner, allowing it to double as a temporary work surface for prep or plating.
The frame is finished in one of three standard colours—natural, walnut or wenge—with other colours available on request. The top tier is stainless steel, while the lower shelf and drawer provide storage for utensils or ingredients. Two of the castors are fitted with brakes to hold the trolley in place during use. Optional chromed wire retaining bars can be added to the upper tier to prevent items sliding off during movement, and a kit of four silicon castors—two with brakes—is available for heavier loads or uneven floors.
The overall footprint of 1015 by 570 millimetres fits through standard kitchen doorways and between workstations, while the 936 millimetre height matches most worktops for seamless integration. The 56 kilogram weight ensures stability under loaded pans but remains manageable for one person to move when empty. The packing size of 127 by 80 by 135 millimetres simplifies delivery and storage before assembly.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel top wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the drawer slides out for emptying and washing. The gas burner and valve should be checked periodically for leaks and cleaned of food debris to maintain safe operation. The castors require occasional lubrication to keep them rolling smoothly, and the brakes should be tested before each use to ensure the trolley remains stationary when needed.
