The unit accommodates up to three GN1/1 gastronorm trays on the glass top. Operators set the desired temperature between 0° and +90° using the control panel. The halogen lamps cycle to maintain the chosen setting, while a fixed plexiglass sneeze guard protects the display. LED lighting inside the rear mirror illuminates dishes, and the laminated wood structure includes two lockable castors for mobility.

Available in twenty-two finishes, including silver, saffron, walnut, and anthracite, the counter features a laminated wood frame. A rear mirror panel enhances depth perception, and the upper shelf can be extended with a deeper top in laminated wood or Formica, complete with a rear retaining edge. Two halogen lamps heat the tempered glass surface. The unit measures 1174 mm wide, 747 mm deep, and 1515 mm high, with a weight of 152 kg.

Controls include a temperature dial for adjusting heat output up to +90° and a power switch for the 230 V circuit. The 1.763 kW rating suits a single-phase supply. The 3 GN1/1 capacity allows simultaneous display of three full-size gastronorm trays. The 152 kg weight requires careful handling for safe movement.

Cleaning involves wiping the cooled tempered glass top with a damp cloth, removing the sneeze guard for thorough cleaning, and dusting the LED lighting and mirror panel. Laminated wood surfaces can be cleaned with mild detergent, and castors should be checked for debris.
