The ROCAM Athena SAL 2 VP is a neutral buffet module designed to streamline self-service lines. It features an open compartment for plated dishes and a lower storage area secured by two doors. The unit blends laminated wood with stainless steel accents, ensuring both warmth and resilience in high-traffic kitchens.

Equipped with four 75 mm castors, two of which include brakes, the module can be moved effortlessly and locked in place during service. The upper section keeps plates accessible, while the lower compartment, accessed via soft-close doors, contains an adjustable shelf for trays or bulk items.

Staff can load dishes into the open top compartment, using the worktop as a staging space. The lower doors open quietly, revealing a shelf that adjusts to fit various storage needs. After service, the module can be relocated, with the locking castors preventing unintended movement.

The laminated wood finish comes in multiple colours, allowing the unit to match kitchen decor or branding. Optional accessories, such as foldable dish holders, tray slides, and display grids, can be added to suit specific requirements. These accessories are removable or foldable, maintaining the module's adaptability and ease of cleaning.

The worktop is available in formica or stainless steel. Formica provides a smooth, stain-resistant surface, while stainless steel offers a durable, industrial finish that withstands frequent sanitisation.

Measuring 1038 mm in width, 746 mm in depth, and 896 mm in height, the module fits standard self-service lines. Its 124 kg weight ensures stability during use. Packing dimensions facilitate delivery and assembly in commercial kitchens.

Cleaning is simple, with removable and foldable accessories. Laminated wood surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while stainless steel parts resist corrosion and can be sanitised with standard agents. The soft-close doors reduce noise and wear, and the adjustable shelf can be removed for thorough cleaning.
